Curious Productions is Portland’s first non-profit theater devoted entirely to the art of comedy. Next Friday the 15th of January, Curious Comedy will be opening its doors at their 5225 NE Martin Luther King Blvd location. Doors open at 6:30pm.
Arrive early to enjoy a cocktail and conversation. At 7:15, learn about Curious Comedy’s history, mission and outreach. Hear how Curious Comedy highlights issues of importance to the community through laughter in order to create social change.
The 7:30 show will include the best stand-up acts from Open Mic nights, improv by local favorite Dopamine and a sneak preview of the two-person show created for the Fertile Ground festival, performed by Curious Comedy artistic director Stacey Hallal and main stage artist Bob Ladewig.
